GolfDigest.com Recognizes our Injured Veterans
Posted October 15, 2015: In late September 2015, 13 injured veterans flew into Belfast from the U.S. on a United Airlines flight, where they met up with eight Ambassadors and three staff (including the writer of the following article) then took a luxury coach bus to Ireland’s Northwest Coast. First stop on this tremendous Fairways for Freedom trip was the Rosapenna Golf Resort, where the group played both the Old Tom Morris Links and the Sandy Hills Links.
